Wilma Gean Reid Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Wilma Gean Reid (Van Buren, Arkansas), who passed away on January 5, 2025 at the age of 84. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, James Odell Bennett and Leota "Mickey" Loveall; her stepfather James "Jimmy" Loveall; her husband Douglas Allen Reid; her sister Barbara Ann Hutchins; and her brother-in-law Bill Wiginton.
She is survived by: her brother James Bennett (Margaret); her daughters, Teresa Staub and Christine Williams (Jeff); her grandchildren, Crystal Harris (Alex), Nicholas Williams (Chrissie), Josh Williams (Brittany) and Brandon Williams (Hannah); and her great grandchildren, Abygail, Cambree, Benjamin, Sebastian, Liliana, Oakleigh and Cohen. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, January 8th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Edwards Van-Alma Funeral Home (4100 Alma Hwy, Van Buren, AR 72956). A funeral service was held on Thursday, January 9th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Edwards Van-Alma Funeral Home Chapel (4100 Alma Hwy, Van Buren, AR 72956). A burial was held on Thursday, January 9th 2025 at the Gracelawn Cemetery.
