He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Painter and Lela Painter (Brisher); and his siblings, Paul Painter and Patricia Ann Fuller. He is survived by: his wife Cindy Painter; his daughters, Shelly Brewer (Bubba) of Fort Campbell, Rebecca Painter of Van Buren and Megan Glover (Michael) of Adkins, Arkansas; and his sisters, Janice Stanier of Alma and Brenda Hurst of Fort Smith. He is also survived by seventeen grandchildren; one great-grandchild.
