He was predeceased by: his parents, Bill Neal and Grace Neal (Scott); his daughter Harriet Jane Neal; and his brother Jimmy Neal. He is survived by: his wife Gayle; his children, Cynthia Frazier Poe (Robert Poe), David Neal (Marla Neal) and Marianne Massey (Samuel "Chip" Massey); his grandchildren, Alexandra Frazier, Benjamin Frazier, William Frazier, Garrett Neal, Grant Neal (Savannah Neal), Matthew Neal (Desarae Neal), Spencer Neal, Sam Massey and Annemarie Massey; his great grandchild John William Neal; his sister Sara Starbird (Jim Starbird); his nephews, Neal Starbird (Julie Starbird) and Charles Starbird; and his brother-in-law Nolan Broyles (Nancy Broyles).
A funeral service was held on Friday, February 7th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Heritage Church (1604 Pointer Trail, Van Buren, AR 72956).
