She was predeceased by: her parents, Harlen Chappell and Daisy Chappell; her daughter Starla Kaay Prizina; her siblings, Brenda Baker and Theron Chappell; and her son-in-law Chan Reed.

She is survived by: her husband Frank Prizina; and her daughters, Sheila Reed of Van Buren and Beth Clark (Darrell) of Van Buren. She is also survived by 9 grandchildren; 15 great grandchildren and one great great grandchild.
