He was predeceased by: his parents, Virgil Hawkins and Mary Hull Hawkins; his son Will Hawkins; and his sister Laurie Hawkins. He is survived by: his wife Melinda; his son Levi Hawkins of Van Buren; his mother-in-law Barbara Sparkman of Van Buren; his brother-in-law David Sparkman (Susie) of Dayton, AR; and his niece Taylor Dunavin (Tyler) of Dayton.
