He was predeceased by: his sister Marlene Chitwood. He is survived by: his daughter Rebecca Chitwood Duarte; his granddaughter Merilee Iverson; his great grandchildren, Annika, Aria and Austin Iverson; his sister Kay Chitwood; his niece Erica Sanders; and his great-nephew Phillip Shores.
Visitation was held on Friday, April 18th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Edwards Van-Alma Funeral Home (4100 Alma Hwy, Van Buren, AR 72956). A celebration of life was held on Saturday, April 19th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Edwards Van-Alma Funeral Home Chapel (4100 Alma Hwy, Van Buren, AR 72956). A burial was held on Saturday, April 19th 2025 at the Dyer Cemetery.
