She was predeceased by: her grandmother Maria Grubbs; and her pet Daisy Mae. She is survived by: her parents, Forrest Grubbs and Patrice Grubbs of Van Buren; her siblings, Dusty Grubbs of Van Buren and Amber Ballard of Utah; her niece Kimberlee Ballard; her nephew Kardin Tran; her aunt Kelly Kay (family: Rosemary Ryker, Kim McCashland); and her uncles, Todd and Lee McCashland.
A funeral service was held on Saturday, February 8th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Ocker Memorial Chapel (700 Jefferson St, Van Buren, AR 72956).
