It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Ronald Eugene Jackson of Van Buren, Arkansas, who passed away on April 18, 2025, at the age of 66, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Ben Jackson and Vedetha Jackson (Ford). He is survived by: his wife Alta Mae Jackson; his children, Micah Pryor of Tampa, Brittany Houpt of Rockwall, Texas, Axel Jackson of Van Buren, Dalton Jackson of Van Buren and Raymond Mullins of Eureka Springs, Arkansas; and his siblings, Ben Jackson of Hackett, Darlene Harris of Van Buren and Rhonda English of Dora. He is also survived by sixteen grandchildren; several nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, April 29th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Ocker Funeral Home (700 Jefferson St, Van Buren, AR 72956). A memorial service was held on Wednesday, April 30th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the U. S. National Cemetery.
