He is survived by: his stepchildren, Sherry Moore of Alma, Kerri Thode of Somerset, Wisconsin, Terry Goforth of Alma and Brandon Roberts of Fort Smith; and his siblings, Kathleen Cox of Alma, Raymond of Van Buren, James Foster of Van Buren and Leon Opitz of Gassville, Arkansas. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
