He was predeceased by: his wife Nancy Dean; and his parents, Robert Dean, and Wanda Dean, Sr. (Edwards). He is survived by: his daughter Wendy Mulligan (David) of Van Buren; his granddaughter Harper Mulligan; his uncle Bill Vickery of Van Buren; his sister-in-law Toni Ingram (Ronnie) of Texarkana; his nieces, Amy Jones (Brian) of Rogers and Jill Flanagan of Texarkana; and his great-nephews, Jordan, Jaxon, Luke and Nate.
