He was predeceased by: his wife Betty Ann Mizner (Phipps); his parents, Raymond Mizner and Nigel Mizner (McDowell); and his siblings, Joann Herrington and James Mizner.
He is survived by: his children, Marian Zevallos of Orlando, Colene Parrish of Van Buren, Karrie VanEngen of Barling, Susie Nichols of Fort Smith and Michael Martin of Columbus, Montana; and his siblings, Joyce Bailey of Jackson, Emma Burton of Sarasota, Florida and Robert Mizner of Jackson, Michigan. He is also survived by eighteen grandchildren; numerous great-grandchildren.
