It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Ramona Ann Kelly of Van Buren, Arkansas, born in Lodi, California, who passed away on August 5, 2022, at the age of 60, leaving to mourn family and friends. She is survived by: her husband Randy; her children, Brandi Eveld (Brian) of Ft. Smith and Randy Kelly II of Van Buren; her sisters, Lora Whitehead of Louisiana and Sarah Whitehead of Louisiana; her grandchildren, Bricen Hill, Adam Geelen, Ayden and Brantley Kelly; and her great grandchildren, Nicholas McElyea and Kyin Hill.
