He was predeceased by: his parents, Emma Jean McKinney and Ulysses McKinney; and his brother Larry McKinney. He is survived by: his children, Saba Stewart, Bilal, Mahmud, Ali, Musa Abdul-Khaliq and Riyadh Ananda; his brother Amir Abdul-Khaliq; his half-brothers, Kevin and Kenneth McKinney; and the mothers of children, Rasheedah Kelley and Rekha Joshy. He is also survived by 7 grandchildren, 3 great grandchildren.
