As Patsy departs from this earthly realm, her essence lingers — a whisper on the wind, a ripple on the water — a testament to the enduring power of love to transcend the boundaries of life and death. Though Patsy may no longer walk beside us, her spirit lives on in the memories and the legacy Patsy leaves behind.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Paul Dougan and Louise Dougan (Mason). She is survived by: her husband Neal Ellison; and her children, Robin Whyte of Rogers, James Ellison of Van Buren and Neal "Nikki" Ellison Jr. (Christie) of Bentonville. She is also survived by five grandchildren and eight great grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, February 11th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Ocker Funeral Home (700 Jefferson St, Van Buren, AR 72956). A funeral service was held on Wednesday, February 12th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Ocker Memorial Chapel (700 Jefferson St, Van Buren, AR 72956).
