He was predeceased by: his parents, Walter Marion and Alice Marion (Jones); his former wife Glenna Marion; his daughter Donna Wheeler; and his sister Betty Kaylor.

He is survived by: his wife Helen Dorcas Marion; his son Cliff Weldon (Vicki) of Van Buren; his sister Peggy; his grandsons, Matt and Kyle Wheeler (Shannon); and his stepgranddaughter Heather Halston (Joe). He is also survived by six great-grandchildren.
