She is survived by: her sons, Mark Toothaker (Malory) of Frankfort, KY and David Toothaker (Juliette) of Fayetteville, AR; her grandchildren, Hunter Balazic, Reagan Toothaker, Luke Toothaker, Ellie Toothaker and Georgianna Toothaker; her great grandchild Chandler Balazic; and her brother Bill Graham of Van Buren.
In Lieu of flowers the family request to send memorial donations in her honor to First Baptist Church of Van Buren.
