He was predeceased by: his wife Larenda Ealy (Oglesby); his daughter Cassandra Wylie; his granddaughter Lisa Wylie; and his brother Orval Ealy, Jr.. He is survived by: his children, Kristy Johnson of Fort Smith, Michael Ealy of Van Buren, John Ealy of Van Buren and David Ealy of Alma; and his sisters, Maxine Mashburn of Wellington, Alline Green of Wellington and Nina Shaw of New Boston, Texas..
