She is survived by: her husband Billy Quinalty; her children, Gay Lee Morris of Van Buren, Becky Kay Diesner of Springdale, Joshua Jewell of Van Buren and Gerald Jewell of Wetumka, Oklahoma; and her brothers, Charlie Phipps of Chama, Weston Phipps of Arizona, Warren Phipps of Chama, Lavern Phipps of Kingston and Noble Phipps of Davis, Oklahoma. She is also survived by five grandchildren; two great-grandchildren; several nieces and nephews.
