With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Leslie Wayne King Sr. of Van Buren, Arkansas, born in Fort Smith, Arkansas, who passed away on September 23, 2024 at the age of 75. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
As we bid adieu to Leslie Wayne's earthly form, let us not dwell on the void left in his wake, but rather celebrate the legacy of love and inspiration Leslie Wayne has bequeathed us. For though he may have departed from our sight, his spirit remains a timeless beacon, guiding loved ones through the labyrinth of life's journey.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Walter King, and Martha King, Sr. (Potete); and his brothers, Walter and Jack King. He is survived by: his wife Renda King; his children, Angela Pruisner (Colten) of Van Buren, Marilyn Ramirez (Juan) of Fort Smith and Les King of Booneville; and his stepdaughter Cynthia Sears of Van Buren. He is also survived by eleven grandchildren, and seven great-grandchildren.
