We are sad to announce that on August 23, 2023, at the age of 85, Lendel Melvin Vines of Van Buren, Arkansas, born in Oden, Arkansas passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Sterling Vines and Bessie Vines (Summitt); his wife Deanna; and his siblings, Ila Vines, Eldon Vines, Rayburn Vines and Elzie Ray Vines.

He is survived by: his daughter Tammy Vines of Fayetteville; and his granddaughters, Brooklyn Curbow of Fayetteville and Alexandra Curbow of Fayetteville. He is also survived by one sister; and numerous other relatives and friends.
