It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Kelly Ann Townsley of Van Buren, Arkansas, who passed away on February 9, 2024, at the age of 66, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her son Antonio "Tony" Tapia; and her mother Lola Tapia. She is survived by: her husband Calvin Townsley; her daughter Rhiannon Tapia of Van Buren; her father Antonio Tapia, Sr. of Oak Hills, California; her siblings, Traci Crosbi of Las Vegas, NV, Stephanie Young of Oak Hills, Andrea Austin of California and James Tapia of California; and her grandchildren, Aryan, Lola Tapia, Antonio Tapia and Daniel Whitton.
