He was predeceased by: his uncle Norman Butler. He is survived by: his wife Jennifer Butler; his children, Sarah Butler and Elijah Butler; his parents, David Butler and Anita Butler; his siblings, Tandy Predmore (Eric), David Alan (Crystal), Ronnie (Jill) and Joseph Butler; and his grandmother Birty Karr. He is also survived by numerous aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and cousins.
