He was predeceased by: his parents, Ernest T. Fagan and Eula Mae Fagan (O'Neil); his daughter Cynthia Denise Merechka; his siblings, E. J., James, Doug, Keith Fagan, Leola and Ludale; and his grandchildren, Brittney, Elizabeth, Guy and Austin.
He is survived by: his wife Wanda; his children, Linda Kennedy (Bill, Jr.) of Bella Vista, Pam Anderson of Van Buren, David of Van Buren and Daniel Fagan of Van Buren; and his siblings, Charlotte Pinedo of Fort Smith, Bobby Fagan of Alma and Jerry Fagan of Central City.
