He is survived by: his wife Leta Jo Caplinger (Hall); his brothers, James Caplinger (Amanda) and Gary Caplinger (Lois); his parents-in-law, Larry and Lou Hall; his sisters-in-law, Helene Dockery (Tom) and Katrina Zitnik (Jim); his nieces and nephews, Jimmy Caplinger, Will Dockery, Tad Dockery, Adam Zitnik, April Caplinger, JoAnna Kirk and Elizabeth DeBard; his cousins, Theresa Hooser, Jerry Hooser and April Hooser; his close friends, Keith Brenton, Dale Braswell and Mary Sangster; and his pets, Shadow and Lucky. He is also survived by wife and dogs.
In Lieu of flowers, the family has requested that donations be made to Lake Point Recovery and Wellness, located at 65 Arvac lane, Russellville, Arkansas.
