He was predeceased by: his parents, John Blevins and Marie Blevins; his parents-in-law, Oneta and Thomas B. Shaver; his brother-in-law Tommy Shaver; and his nephew Brandon Shaver.
He is survived by: his wife Barbara Blevins; his sister Carol Soehlman; his nephews, Adam Shaver and Michael D. Soehlman; and his niece Anne Marie Lairmore.
