He is survived by : his sons, Mark Kattich (Angie) of Van Buren and David Ferguson of San Diego, California; his sister Mary Nichols (Robert) of Erie, Colorado; and his nephew Noel. He is also survived by eight grandchildren; six great-grandchildren.

A funeral service was held on Thursday, June 13th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the U. S. National Cemetery.
