She was predeceased by: her son Jimmy Hawkins; her parents, Howard Heartsill and Emma Heartsill (Crow); and her sister LaDeane Malicoate. She is survived by: her husband James A. Hawkins; her sons, Roland Hawkins (Theresa) of Van Buren and Carl Hawkins (Melissa) of Tahlequah, OK; and her sister Verda Stover of Norman, OK. She is also survived by six grandchildren, one step grandson, seven great grandchildren and two great step grandchildren.
