She is survived by: her children, Teresa Mooney (Todd) of Van Buren, April Pierce (Scotty) of Fort Smith and Brian Perryman (Tiffany) of Destin, Florida; her sister Annette Jeffries (Raymond) of Fort Smith; her grandchildren, Eli Mooney, Michala Mooney, Madison Mooney, Morgan Tolson (Andrew), Madeleine Conway, Meredith Pierce, Dawsyn Smith (Rebecca), Ludyn Smith and Brixtyn Perryman; her great grandchildren, Charlotte Tolson and Teddy Tolson; and her nieces, Melissa Jeffries, Candace Nichols and Kellie Kelly.
