She was predeceased by: her husband Les Actkinson; and her sons, Rick and Donald Actkinson. She is survived by: her son Lindsey Actkinson (Lori) of Van Buren, AR; her daughters-in-law, Doris Hodgens of Uniontown, AR and Karen Actkinson of Colleyville, TX; her niece Nancy Essman of Littleton, CO; and her grandchildren, Lee (Gina), Meredith, Jacob (Ann Marie), Chase (Rhyker Actkinson), Jessica Route (Justin), Hannah Armstrong (Gary), Catie Livesay and Emily Prieto (Joey). She is also survived by 13 great grandchildren.
