He was predeceased by: his parents, Delmar Hubert and Ruby Peters (Beneaux); and his siblings, Denise Hunter, Charles, Larry and Delmar Peters.
He is survived by: his wife Edna Lou Peters (Lowe); his children, Teresa Shepherd of Portland, Angela Landes of Maumelle, AR and Wesley Wilcox of Ocala, Florida; and his siblings, Diane Moon of Pleasant View, Dwight Peters of Pleasant View, Jerry of Mulberry and Midge Peters of Mulberry. He is also survived by nine grandchildren.
