He was predeceased by: his mother Ruby Smith (Foster). He is survived by: his wife Kathy Smith; his daughters, Rachel Smith-Hamilton of Little Rock and Stephanie Kaylor of Greenwood; his father George Smith, Sr. of Van Buren; and his sisters, Cheryl Smith of Van Buren and Connie Bredernitz of Van Buren. He is also survived by four grandchildren.
