He was predeceased by: his former wife Dora Russell; his parents, Edward Russell and Mary Russell (Shaw); and his grandson Devon Russell. He is survived by: his wife Julie Russell (Barnes); his children, Cornelia Spillman of Royse City, Charity Townsend of Muldrow, Michael Russell of Elkins, Jacob Sirratt of West Fork, Joel Sirratt of Coffee Springs and Richard Sirratt of Uniontown; his brother Wallace Russell of Fort Smith; his grandchildren, Matthew, Robert, Landon, Brooklyn, Johnathan, Israel, Moxi, Naiya, Gage, Nova, Katelynd, Bonnie, Elliott, Kammi and Little Joel; and his nieces, Ginger and Sarah.
