He was predeceased by: his parents, Sheldon Swaim and Vera Swaim (Hyde); his brothers, Bill, David and Paul Swaim; and his sister-in-law Maggie Swaim.
He is survived by: his wife Alice Swaim; his children, Michelle Simpson (Glenn Tucker) of Fort Smith and Michael Swaim (Lacey) of Fort Smith; his sisters-in-law, Pat Swaim of Van Buren and Johnnie Swaim of Fort Smith; his grandchildren, Kalin Stewart (Scott), Kolby Simpson, Kyler and Kadin Swaim; and his great grandchild Blayne Stewart.
Memorials may be made to the First Assembly Church of God Building Fund, 1014 Fayetteville Road, Van Buren, Arkansas.
