She was predeceased by: her parents, James Polly and Louise Polly (Caviness). She is survived by: her son Michael "Paul" Fox (John Coleman) of Van Buren; her stepson Wesley Fox of Roland, OK; her siblings, Patricia Standridge (Mike) of Van Buren, AR and Ray Polly of Mulberry, AR; and her aunt Irene Flynn. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
