She is survived by: her husband Charles; her children, Sabrina Bollinger of Ratcliff, Mark Fender of Danville, Nick Fender of Ratcliff, Steven Bollinger of Pocola, Cody Neal of Fort Smith, Charles Neal of Alma and Hunter Neal of Van Buren; her mother Lucille Wilhelm of Paris, Arkansas; her siblings, Linda Kimes of Booneville, Robert Wilhelm of Charleston, Lawrence Wilhelm of Knob Noster and Carl Wilhelm of Paris; and her grandchildren, Kelsey, Katie, Kylee Fender, Allison Bollinger, Elizabeth, Gabrial Fender, Alyn and Calloway Neal.
