He was predeceased by: his parents, Richard Rogoff and Billie Dean Rogoff (Harmon); and his brother Jeffery Rogoff. He is survived by: his children, Margaret Rogoff of Van Buren and Justin Rogoff of Arkansas; and his siblings, Anne Anderson of Illinois and Robert Rogoff of Pea Ridge, Arkansas..
A memorial service was held on Saturday, January 4th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Ocker Funeral Home (700 Jefferson St, Van Buren, AR 72956).
