He was predeceased by: his father Thurman Campbell; and his grandparents, Jim, Pauline Bass, Frank and Annie Campbell.
He is survived by: his son Ian David Thurman Campbell; his sisters, Dayna Randall and Kimberly Campbell of Hot Springs; his mother Wilma Campbell (Bass); and his close friend Kathy Billy of Van Buren. He is also survived by six step-children.
