He was predeceased by: his parents, John Neal and Lela Neal (Oliver); and his siblings, Bonnie Coffey, Irene Gage, Claude, Jim and Leon Neal.
He is survived by: his son Ronnie Neal of Van Buren; and his sisters, Clara Graslie of San Jose and Jaunita Noble of Cedarville.
