He was predeceased by: his parents, John R. Bailey and Lillie Mae Bailey (Vaughan). He is survived by: his wife Virginia Bailey; and his children, Janet Carney of Maryland, Troy Bailey of Fort Smith and Rowdy Bailey of Van Buren. He is also survived by five grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren.
