He is survived by: his children, Debra Jeffers of North Carolina, Charles Jeffers (Tracy) of Tomball, TX and Thomas Jeffers (Karen) of Alma; and his sister Rebecca Lunsford of Hot Springs. He is also survived by nine grandchildren, and seven great-grandchildren.
