He is survived by: his wife Faye; his children, Kathy Howerton of Springdale, Sonia McMath (Brian) of Espanola, NM, Julia Hilts (Brian) of Fort Smith, Charles Suratt, Jr. of Springfield, MO, Eric Suratt (Anja) of Scottsville, KY and David Suratt (Jennifer) of Springfield, MO; and his siblings, Laura Qualls (Joe) of Henry, TN, Gene Suratt of Memphis, TN and Stacey Suratt of Paris, TN. He is also survived by seventeen grandchildren and nine great grandchildren.
