She was predeceased by: her father Stuart Cannefax; her husband Robert "Jim" Fladd; her close friend Bob Titsworth; her daughter Sherrell Taylor; her brother Carroll Cannefax; and her grandson Robert Keil.

She is survived by: her children, Catherine Keil (George) of Blue Springs, MO and David Fladd (Michelle) of Fort Smith; and her siblings, Leinani Stanford of Little Rock and Stuart Cannefax of Mansfield. She is also survived by eleven grandchildren, and eight great-grandchildren.
