She was predeceased by: her father Luther S. James; her husband Bobby L. Heard; her siblings, Luther James, Jr. and Patrica James Stell; and her grandchildren, Jason Wyatt, Diana Cook-Willis and Tina Cook.
She is survived by: her children, Gwendolyn Washburn of Hot Springs, Pamela Terry (Kyle) of Greenwood, Cynthia Hogue (Troy) of Hot Springs and Bruce Harris of Fort Smith; her adoptive daughter Kelly Heard Fox (David) of Arkoma, Oklahoma; her grandchildren, Staci, Amanda, Melissa, Stephanie, Brian and Ryan; her great grandchildren, Kyle, Tyler, Dakota, Rebecca, Ethan, Kayla, Allison, Andrea, Kyler, Alayna, Connor, Zoey, Kim, Kiersten, Kiley, Kaiden, Brylee, Brayden, Leah and Lakyn; her great great grandchildren, Kenan, Matthew and Mary; and her siblings, John James of Hot Springs and Belinda James Tankersley of Conway. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews, extended family.
