She was predeceased by: her parent Esten Smith; her husband Kenneth L. Shelly; her sons, Kenneth Donavon, Billy Nelson, Michael Shelly and Charles Shelly; her son-in-law Tommy Randolph; her siblings, Melba Squires, Shirley Rogers, Marvin, Steve Smith and John Rogers; and her grandson Bert Randolph.

She is survived by: her daughters, Sheila Randolph of Van Buren and Melissa Shelly of Van Buren; her daughters-in-law, Pam of Van Buren and Hiromi Shelly of Van Buren; her sister Nancy Parrish of Florida; her sister-in-law Drucilla White of Van Buren; her grandchildren, Tim, Melissa Randolph, Malissa Randolph, Eric, Kristy Randolph, William, Christie Shelly, Linda, Basil Seymour-Davies, Charity, Lewis Dickson, Christopher, Virginia Shelly, Hannah Mondal and Ericka Shelly; her great grandchildren, Christopher, Allen, Rebekah, Grace, Faith, Lisa, Brianna, Eston, Mercedes of Haley, A. J., Vivi, Zephaniah, Henry and Lillie; and her great great grandchild Dawson.
