He was predeceased by: his mother Wilma Mankins Turner; and his siblings, Lillie Troyer and William Turner. He is survived by: his brothers, Sam Turner of Fayetteville, NC and James Turner (Amanda) of Mulberry, AR. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Sunday, November 24th 2024 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the Edwards Funeral Home (201 N 12th St, Fort Smith, AR 72901). A funeral service will be held on Monday, November 25th 2024 at 12:00 PM at the Edwards Funeral Home Chapel (201 N 12th St, Fort Smith, AR 72901). A burial will be held on Monday, November 25th 2024 at the Fort Smith National Cemetery (522 Garland Ave, Fort Smith, AR 72901).
