Alice Lorna Widner Obituary

We are sad to announce that on April 11, 2022, at the age of 92, Alice Lorna Widner of Van Buren, Arkansas, born in Eureka Springs, Arkansas passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Loren Howerton and Julia Mack Howerton; her siblings, Clifford Howerton, Mae Fortune, Virginia Dignan, Lester Howerton and Pauline Fortune; her husband John Widner; her daughter-in-law Beverly Widner; and her children, Ron Widner of Morrilton, Connie Voth (Dave) of Texarkana and Gary Widner (Tina) of Van Buren. She was also cherished by five grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.

In lieu of flowers the family requests memorial donations to be made to the Alzheimer's Foundation of America, 225 N. Michigan Avenue Floor 17, Chicago, IL 60601.
