It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Shirley Annette Blackwell of Ulm, Arkansas, born in Stuttgart, Arkansas, who passed away on June 24, 2021, at the age of 82, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her husband Tommy Blackwell; her parents, Leland "Bud" and Gladys Marie Maier; her siblings, Lucretia Buell and Bill Maier; and her grandson Tyler Blackwell.
She is survived by: her sons, Tim Blackwell (Beth) and Andy Blackwell (Valerie); and her sisters, Sharon Rogers and Terri Harris. She is also survived by four grandchildren; and four great-grandchildren.
