He is survived by: his wife Margie Simpson Oltmann; his children, Gary Oltmann (Kim) of Stuttgart and Susan Whitley (Brad) of Fort Worth, Texas; and his grandchildren, Lance Oltmann, Dustin Oltmann, Andrew Whitley (Kasie) and Kelli Whitley.
