She was predeceased by: her parents, Leonard Lewter and Gussie Lewter; her husband Melvin Baker; her children, Danny Baker and Linda Gail Baker; and her grandson Danny Lee Baker III.
She is survived by: her daughter Nona Jimenez; and her sister Lavern Cortez. She is also survived by four grandchildren; four great grandchildren.
