He was predeceased by: his parents, Guy Lewis and Ruby Lewis; and his sisters, Madge Horton and Margie Maxwell. He is survived by: his daughter Holly Southerland; his brother John Guy; and his granddaughter Addison Southerland. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
